Illegal Sentencing and Corruption

No federal criminal procedures followed and this case should have never happened. Since the victim is still being trafficked and all access to non-corrupt law enforcement is not obtainable please understand how corrupt officials traffic victims. Letter states Offense Dates as 12/28/2021, and that the Defendant in the case was found guilty and sentenced to:  4 year deferred sentence meaning from the offense date on the letter the deferred sentencing would be 12/28/2025. The paperwork filed with the court states the deferred sentence does not happen until 12/9/2027 a continued trafficking of the victim. The victim was arrested on 06/21/2022. The point is with this many corrupt officials trafficking you they don't even care to track the dates correctly.

Arrested on 06/21/2022 after picking up my son on the Twenty- Second consecutive Tuesday for my parenting time, Corrupt Government Officials tried charging me with Kidnapping my son. The paperwork states burglary.  Paperwork filed in the court five days after arrest. No Federal Criminal Procedures followed.

Complaint and Information filed June 27th, 2022. Six days after I was arrested on June 21st, 2022 -operating outside of criminal proceedings.  This paperwork should have been completed along with an arrest warrant before I was detained.   

Corrupt Officials don't bother to keep paperwork congruent.  

The Offense Date on this Subpoena To Testify is listed as 12/28/21 to 06/21/2022. Charge is Burglary 1-Assult/Menace. This subpoena was issued after I was forced to signed deferred sentencing paperwork 18 months after being arrested in December of 2023.
